We need a GPS track of your run – for example a GPX file. If you’re unsure how to export it, just place your order and we’ll guide you step by step.
Can I combine multiple runs into one print?
In many cases, yes. We can often combine several routes from the same area into one artwork. Just mention this in the order notes or reply to your confirmation email and we’ll see what’s possible.
Do you only work with running routes?
Miles2Lines is made for runners, but cycling or hiking routes often work as well. Send us a short message with your idea and we’ll let you know if we can turn it into a clean line print.
What sizes and formats do you offer?
We currently offer a curated set of sizes in vertical layouts. We however are trying to expand our collection. You’ll see all available options when you choose your style. If you need a special size, contact us and we’ll check what’s possible,
How long does it take until I receive my print?
Once we’ve finalised your design, we send it to print and ship it with tracking. Delivery time depends on your location, but most orders arrive within 5 - 6 business days.
Can I return a custom print?
Every print is custom-made from your personal run, so we can’t accept returns for reasons of taste or incorrect data. If your print arrives damaged or with a production error, we’ll of course replace it – just contact us with photos.
Is the frame included?
Yes, your Miles2Lines artwork comes framed and ready to hang. The frame style is intentionally minimal so the route itself stays in focus.
